Julian Montero has more than 20 years of experience representing global investors and entrepreneurs with a variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions, private equity, cross-border, and investments in real estate assets. Collaborating to structure comprehensive legal strategies for international clients, focusing on corporate, tax, regulatory, and immigration considerations.
Mr. Montero is a member of Saul Ewing’s Cannabis Industry Group, with a particular focus on domestic Hispanic and LatAm based entrepreneurs. Raised in Chile, well-traveled, fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Chile-US Chamber of Commerce for two terms and is an active participant of community affairs.
