What is NHCC?

NHCC was created by progressive thought leaders in the cannabis business sector to address the current underrepresentation of U.S.Hispanics participating in the cannabis industry and to help demystify the health and wellness power of cannabis through educational programs to begin to break down long-held cultural taboos and beliefs on cannabis.

Who is served by NHCC?

NHCC is a purpose-driven organization propelled by a passionate combination of entrepreneurial spirit, cultural heritage and the advocacy of its members. Our mission is to help to demystify through educational programs the health and wellness power of cannabis for all Latinos.

What are NHCC policy positions?

The National Hispanic Cannabis Council focuses on key policy issues which have a direct impact on the Council’s ability to accomplish its mission.   The Board will determine which policies the Council will advocate for.

How is NHCC governed?

NHCC is governed by a National Board of Directors that determines the mission and purpose of the organization, provides financial oversight, ensures adequate resources, ethical integrity and accountability, and determines, monitors and strengthens the organization’s programs and services. NHCC Directors are professionals within the cannabis industry.
