Cultivation Technician

Responsible for the overall maintenance of the vegetation cycle of all sustainable plants within the facility.

 

Cultivation Technician, Integrated Pest Management

Provides horticulture and pest-management expertise and participates in the activities and operations of the IPM program and team in the cultivation department, while abiding by laws, rules, policies, procedures and operational guidelines.

Grow Technician

The Cultivation Cycle Counter

Responsible for working with the Control Manager and assisting in cycle counting, variance control and daily production order flow within Cultivation and surrounding departments.

Administrative Assistant for Cultivation

Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. Responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, and streamlining administrative procedures.

 

Assistant Cure Lead

Includes but is not limited to; maintaining quality standards by collecting data points on all incoming flower batches, ensuring that the Flower Intake Process has been conducted per incoming batch, collecting third-party lab samples, ‘burping’ flower buds, and maintaining constant communication to the lead/manager.

 

The Building Grow Lead

Responsible for overseeing, training, and efficiently running a team with minimal presence of management.

 

Harvest Technician

Responsible for preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction. 

 

Integrated Pest Management Supervisor

Provides horticulture and pest-management expertise and leads the activities and operations of the IPM program and team in our cultivation department, while abiding by laws, rules, policies, procedures and operational guidelines. 

 

Harvest Supervisor

Responsible for managing, planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and leading the Harvest and Breakdown Team’s activities for the facility. 

 

Cultivation Agent

Responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality products. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of the production area. 

 

Cultivation Lead

Works on-site medical cannabis gardens to lead a team of agents in their daily tasks of monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. 

 

Cultivation Supervisor

Responsible for managing day to day actions of cultivation staff teams and cultivation processes

Primary areas of responsibility include mother room, propagation department and vegetative department.

 

Director of Cultivation

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas; managing all cultivation agents; ensuring that all processes, training requirements, schedules, policies and procedures are followed, and approving batches of harvested cannabis for processing, packaging, labeling, and sale after receiving passing test results from the Department-approved laboratory. 

Gardener

Responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens.  Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming. Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the standards set forth.

 

Senior Manager of Cultivation

Direct oversight of all cultivation managers including but not limited to: Weekly meetings and/or check-ins with direct reports.  Professional Managerial Development.  KPI development and adherence.  Ability to discuss all horticultural activities with general staff and upper management and the activities’ implications on schedule and budget.

 

Lead Cultivation Agent

Responsible for managing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory.  Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and ensuring plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health, as well as any other tasks required

 

Harvest Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day functions of the harvest areas. This includes overseeing everything from the time the plants are de-leafed and cut to the time they are cured and transferred. 

 

Garden Supervisor

Oversee a team of individuals, ensuring that all processes, training requirements, schedules, policies and procedures are followed, and that the flower production goals are met.

 

Trimmer

Responsible for the manicuring and preparation of the cannabis plant.  Able to take raw material and prepare it for the Harvest Manager to cure.

This entails cutting the flowers and leaves off the branches according to the company’s grading system.

Extraction & Processing

Analytical Chemist

Responsible for assisting with analytics, production of cannabis infused products, compliance requirements, workplace safety, and national training and onboarding of future lab facilities.  

 

Infused Production Specialist

Responsible for assisting with the production of various cannabis infused products which includes but is not limited to inventory management, adherence to compliance and safety requirements, and naturally, production of cannabis infused products.  

 

Lab Production Specialist – Beverage

Responsible for the facility’s overall beverage equipment operation and maintenance, inventory, processing protocols, strategy, safety, and day to day production.

 

Lab Production Technician

Responsible for assisting with lab production, which includes but is not limited to distillation, extraction, winterization and production of cannabis infused products. 

 

Lab Technician

Responsible for assisting with the production of cannabis infused products. 

 

Edibles Lead

Oversee the entire production process for a set of products. You plan, organize and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is produced successfully and is in accordance with all specifications.

 

Batching Lead

Manage the intake, formulation, and batching of existing products for a production scale medical cannabis facility.

 

Batching Supervisor

Manage the intake and batching of existing and new products for a production scale medical cannabis facility.

 

Batching Tech

Responsible for the intake and batching of existing products for a production scale medical cannabis facility.

 

BOM (Bills of Material) Analyst

Responsible for transferring data from a variety of sources, including written and recorded reports. 

Asst. Edible Value Stream Manager

Ensures the daily operation of a cross functional team.  Actively engaged in the safety, product quality, process control, materials management, equipment utilization, and cost control of the department. 

 

Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Assists the Continuous Improvement Manager in driving continuous improvement and lean activities. These activities include 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Floor Management Development System, Changeover, Kaizen, 8-Step Problem Solving, etc.

 

Analytical Lab Technician

Responsible for the analysis of specimens by various analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC-FID, GC-MS and other laboratory instruments); interpretation, review and reporting of results in a timely manner; participating in safe laboratory practices and maintaining laboratory instrumentation.  Responsible for performing laboratory tests to support the Quality and R&D needs of the plant. 

 

Facilties

Facility Maintenance Technician

Responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.

 

Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. Oversee Facility Maintenance Technicians (FMT), coordinating work orders to ensure the upkeep of the facility. 

Finance & Accounting

FP&A Manager

Providing direct hands-on support to the VP Finance in reporting, data analytics, analyzing trends and variances, tracking KPIs and management dashboards to support strategic business decisions.

 

Senior Accountant

Responsible for assisting in reporting and reconciliation of accounting processes and managing the general ledger close for certain of the company’s divisions. Includes preparing monthly and quarterly key schedules used for accounting, audit, tax, and both internal and external reporting. 

 

Manager, Cost Accounting

Responsible for overseeing cost accounting and analysis for certain of the company’s divisions. Key areas of responsibility include: cost accounting under both IFRS and U.S. GAAP, operational cost models and SKU-level profitability analysis, and ad hoc cost projects to support the business. This individual will also be a key contributor to the implementation of cost accounting modules as part of the company’s ERP and other related system implementations. 

 

Accounts Receivable Manager

Responsible for all activities and operations in the accounts receivable function for the organization. Manage the order-to-cash process (“OTC”) ensuring timely billing and analysis of customer accounts, accurate application of cash payments and credits, effective collections to be tracked by weekly KPIs to leadership, and maintenance of accurate financial records and control reports. 

Internal Auditor

To provide independent and objective assurance and consulting service in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the company’s governance, risk management and internal controls. 

 

Treasury Analyst

Responsible for assisting with cash and risk management and cultivating banking relationships. 

 

Analyst, Cost Accounting

Contributor to the company’s cost accounting and analysis process as we implement a new ERP system. 

 

Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

Responsible for ensuring that our customer AR balances are current and accurate. This includes ensuring that the past due balances are collected, that payment pick-ups are scheduled and adhered to, and that sales is engaged as necessary to assist with collections. 

 

Accounting Clerk

Responsible for certain operational accounting processes and assisting in reporting and reconciliation of accounting functions. 

 

Data Analyst

Execute on key Retail Finance decisions, including analysis of market objectives, operational performance (with respective comparison to market / industry performance), and budgeting requirements. 

 

Division Controller

Responsible for direct supervision of the manufacturing finance teams. Partner closely with local finance and operations teams and participate and prepare for business reviews with corporate management and local plant staff.  

 

Plant Controller

Corporate Automation Engineer

Support our commercial manufacturing process and production expansion, as well as ongoing operations. Responsible for providing full life-cycle support of automation systems within our operations related to the manufacture of cannabis products. This will include but is not limited to designing automated process systems, specifying individual equipment and componentry, working with third-party vendors, and participating in startup/commissioning assignments to validate equipment. 

 

Corporate Packaging Engineer

Responsible for the technical and operational elements of new packaging and packaging functionality.  This will include preparation of packaging requirements and associated execution of validation protocols, training and troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities involve supporting process improvement, materials selection and usage, capacity utilization improvement and finally, ensuring delivery to customer specifications and timelines in support of corporate initiatives.

 

Electrical Controls Engineer

Execute the industrial control and programming strategy for cultivation and production facilities.  This role will oversee site-level industrial controls, networking, and security related to cultivation environments and process automation.  

 

Facility Custodian

Responsible for preserving the good condition of the facility and ensuring that there is a clean working environment for all employees and visitors.  As a qualified candidate, you will have knowledge and experience in maintaining and inspecting to ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and safe.

 

Industrial Custodian

Responsible for preserving the good condition of the facility and ensuring that equipment and building are clean, safe, and meet the CDC standards.

 

Instrument and Controls Technician

Requires a high level of hands-on knowledge of manufacturing equipment, practices, machine maintenance, instrumentation, repair skills and systems; including PC, robotics, PLC programming and SCADA applications. 

 

Maintenance Technician

Responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. Preventative maintenance of all equipment within the facility, as well as general cleaning and upkeep of the facility itself. 

 

Project Engineer, Construction

Responsible for serving as the liaison between HQ and Cultivation/Processing Facility build-outs in the field ensuring scope of work is executed, quality of brand is maintained, timelines are beaten, and budgets are alway met.

EHS Coordinator

Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of our overall health, safety, environmental program. This position will include performing safety and compliance audits in order to prevent injuries, reduce liability claims, and ensure compliance to local and state regulations.

 

Production Supervisor

To oversee and support our production operations in our cannabis manufacturing facility. Duties are mostly hands-on and direct in nature and require substantial time to be spent on the plant floor working closely and directly with all production employees.

To produce, package, and handle products, perform inventory duties, adhere to compliance requirements, and keep safety as your top priority while working daily in our facility.

 

Security Manager

To ensure and coordinate compliance in security and general compliance by having an in-depth working knowledge and understanding of all regulations, and the state’s medical marijuana program. Responsible for monitoring the site grounds, facility, visitors, vendors and staff. The Security Manager is additionally responsible for operation and monitoring of the sites video surveillance system, access control system and perimeter security system ensuring its functionality and compliance.

Order Fulfillment Specialist

Responsible for the final stage of the product’s life-cycle in our manufacturing facility. This position’s main function is pulling sales orders and preparing them for delivery, verifying accuracy of product type and quantity.

Responsible for manicuring and packaging plant material and infused products. In this role, maintaining accuracy in weighing product, fulfilling product, labelling, and inventory is paramount. Also responsible for maintaining a perpetually clean workspace to provide a sterile environment for production of medical products.

Perform analytical and microbial testing of samples and perform weight checks and verify instruments and balances are working appropriately. The QC technician will work with production staff to ensure products are being produced as per product specifications.

Developing, implementing, and upgrading quality assurance policies and standard operating procedures, as well as compliance, development, and implementation of HACCP programs, product quality tracking systems, FDA standards, ingredient management programs, allergen and sanitization management programs, product safety practices, internal and external audits, etc.

Responsible for executing operational quality and compliance related activities at the facility associated with sampling and inspection of incoming material, in process, and finished products, and document control. Help ensure products are being produced in a manner that meets all specifications and brand consistency.

Responsible for supporting logistics planning and route management for the full IL market inclusive of transportation network optimization, route management, distribution strategy, inventory management, order management, procurement, supply chain performance and analysis, partnering with third party logistics providers, and customer solutions activities.

Responsible for developing and executing strategies for one or several assigned highly complex, high spend, and high impact (high visibility) spend categories supporting the business and retail division and special projects; oversight for sourcing events in complex categories; supporting cross-functional teams; managing on-going vendor relationships; and driving reporting and tracking for assigned spend categories. 

 

Delivery Driver

This position is responsible for delivering cannabis products to retail customers. This position will also assist production in various departments when not on the road.
